After paying in advance, there was no word from the company except that the order has been placed. It took them two weeks almost to inform thereafter that they are displatching the product, which made me question if the money I have paid has gone down the drain. I wrote to the company if this is some kind of a sham and there was no response even then. It is therefore I am giving them two stars. They need to improve their communication with their buyers. The product that they have sent me is geniune. They would have charged me some 100 bucks or so more, but I may not be confident to order from them the next time as they dont communicate if it is taking time to dispatch a product. With so many fraud sites around, such an act can easily deplete trust in an e-commerce site. Trust the company will listen and make an improvement.
