 JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

 

  1. Brand Development
  • Accountable for maintaining and growing Brandwise Sales
  • Accountable to set annual targets along with the Director and successfully achieve them
  • Responsible to increase Brand Share and profitability index
  • Responsible for increasing quotation conversation ratio
  • Responsible to develop and manage Principal relationships

 

  1. Brand Visibility
  • Responsible for increasing Brand visibility at All India level
  • Responsible to increase customer base and brand targets
  • Accountable for expansion of VEPL brand (new areas / locations)

 

  1. Collection
  • Responsible for timely collections of payments from customers as per the credit limits and credit period assigned to them

 

  1. After Sales Service
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints related to brands and ensure customer delight
  • Take regular feedback from customers regarding the brand

 

  1. Process Improvement
  • Implementation of best practices within the department
  • Implement quality and productivity improvement tools like Quality circle, quality groups etc
  • Push for Automation wherever required
  • Ensure 100% documentation in ERP
  1. Legal & Compliance
  • Be constantly updated with all laws, compliance and regulations applicable to this department thereby ensuring maximum benefits/profits
  1. Team Management
  • Lead & monitor the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process and in meeting individual & group targets
  • Conduct regular internal meetings & training sessions to boost the technical and soft skills of the team members
  • Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
  1. Safety & Security
  • Suggest and implement various Safety and Security Policies from time to time and ensure they are strictly followed each day
