Wrong tyre delivered- Very disappointed

I booked CEAT GRIPP 3.00-18 tyre, but received Ceat 3.00-18 Milaze tyre. Firstly, the delivery got late as the tyre I booked was not available with them, secondly, I messaged them on WhatsApp too, but no reply from them regarding the same. However, here one thing needs to be noted that although I received Ceat Milaze tyre, but the invoice received with the tyre is for ceat Milaze tyre, due to which I am not even able to register for the warranty on Ceat website..isn't this funny?
